In 1984, Mr. Xu Changfa (the founder) and Ms. Xu Ying established Xiaoshan Yisheng Motor Repair Factory. The business was started with one set of hammer, one bench vice and only about $200 in three small workshops. The motor repair company gradually develops into Xiaoshan Phase Modifier company.

The first company factory was founded in 1995. It was renamed to Hangzhou HOTA M&E Industry Co., Ltd. The main business was designing and fabricating bulk material handling equipment. The products are widely used in cement, mining, metallurgy, electrical power and chemical plants. Among them, a lot of equipment are exported to more than 65 countries. After thirty years development, HOTA has become the leading corporation in the field of materials handling industry and solutions.

The second company factory was invested in Hangzhou Great Jiangdong Industry gathering district( Now QianTang New District,Hangzhou ) in September 2014. With advanced production facilities, scientific management, comfortable production and living environment, it has created broad space for development of HOTA and its employees.
